After you have received a shipment notification it will take between 1 and 3 working days until the tracking info is updated.
When will my order arrive?
As our customer, your shipping will be free of charge - worldwide! We are using YunExpress or ePacket for shipping.
Even if we try our best to reduce your waiting time, we still need about 1-3 working days for fulfilment before we can dispatch your order. After dispatching, your package is expected to arrive in 12-18 working days, depending on your location (holidays can influence the arrival time). Due to the global coronavirus outbreak and related difficulties, we are currently experiencing delays in shipment.
Sometimes, we have to send your order in separate shipments (instead of a single package). We will, of course, notify you and provide you with all the necessary tracking numbers.
